As warranty managers, we take over the compilation, maintenance and monitoring of warranty, guarantee and defect lists for you, in addition to the recording and checking of defect reports. We take considerable care of the notification of the defect to the executing company until the defect is processed, regardless whether it occurs in technical equipment or in construction works. At the end of the warranty period, we inspect the buildings, determine the remaining defects and support you in the release of guarantees. We take great pride in being extremely thorough.
