The portfolio consisted of three shopping centers: Havelpark Dallgow, KaufPark Eiche and KaufPark Dresden.
The KaufPark Dresden is a highly frequented shopping center in southern Dresden, which was built in 1996. The center offers around 56,200m² of space for trade, catering and services. The sales area currently amounts to approx. 38,000 m². The customer has around 2,400 parking spaces free of charge.

The office building „Doppel-XX“ is situated in Hamburg, between the Wendenstraße to the south and the Mittelkanal to the north. The building comprises of 12 upper floors and a lower ground floor in steel-concrete skeleton structure with two staircase- and lift areas, a primary outer glass façade and an inner secondary façade with continuous strip windows.
The sophisticated design of the floor plan comprises of two X-shaped forms, lending its name to the building. A garden area has been created over an overall of four floors, these border onto the central Atrium.

The Kaufmannshaus is located in the historical inner core of the Hanseatic city of Hamburg right next to the Bleichfleet, one of the many canals running through the heart of the city lined with numerous old warehouse buildings. The canals, called "Fleete" in Hamburg, are equivalent to the "Grachten" in Amsterdam, in the sense that they served the same original purpose of providing accessibility for traders and merchants. The Kaufmannshaus is situated in the middle of Hamburg's shopping district ("Passagenviertel") and has its own shopping arcade. Joined by another shopping arcade coming from the "Hanseviertel" at the Große Bleichen road, this continues all the way to the Bleichenfleet. The immediate neighbourhood is full of famous sights such as the city hall ("Rathaus"), the Jungfernstieg along the banks of the Binnenalster, as well as diverse historically and architecturally remarkable Kontor houses, including the Kaufmannshaus itself.

Munich Airport currently has 2 terminals and is the second largest airport in Germany, after Frankfurt am Main. With approximately 38 million passengers in 2011, Bavaria's international air traffic hub was number six of Europe's high-traffic volume airports.
Constantly increasing passenger numbers have led to mostly full capacity utilisation of Terminal 2 of Munich Airport since 2011. The required additional passenger handling facilities are to be provided by extension and addition of an extra storey to the existing Baggage Sorting Hall East. After completion (conversion of baggage sorting hall to satellite terminal), the building

Tradition and innovation are the two cornerstones of the redevelopment concept of the famous polar Eismeer panorama in Hamburg's zoo "Tierpark Hagenbeck". The listed but dilapidated landscape was replaced by a new construction on the same site. Apart from optimization of constructional and functional work flows behind the scenes and over-fulfilment of stringent EU guidelines concerning species-appropriate animal housing, a primary objective was to present visitors with the beauty and fascination of living environments near the North and South Poles in an impressive way

Hofstatt is a shopping arcade in the city centre of Munich. While most of the object is located on the former grounds of the Süddeutscher Verlag, part of it occupies the former site of the Abendzeitung along the Sendlinger Straße.
Hofstatt opened in April 2013 and offers an area of about 15,800 m² for diverse fashion and furnishing shops as well as cafés and restaurants on the grounds between Sendlinger Straße, Hackenstraße and Färbergraben. Approximately 19,000 m² of office space and 69 apartments are also accommodated in Hofstatt. Like other shopping arcades, Hofstatt is situated close to Munich's inner city public transport hubs between Marienplatz and Sendlinger Tor.

The complex composed of primary school (Grundschule) and secondary school (Mittelschule) in the Führichstraße is located in a typical city district called Ramersdorf-Perlach in the south-east of Munich, with a population of about 100,845 and an area of 1,989.88 hectares. The original school building was constructed in 1915–1918 and an extension wing was added in 1933. Connection to the transport network is very good, with the ring road "Mittlerer Ring" nearby and convenient access by underground train and several bus lines. The ensemble is made up of a main building composed of a primary school (15 classes) and a secondary school (12 classes). Several pavilion structures and a solid two-storey structure accommodate an

The station Münchner Freiheit is four stops away by tram line 23, providing access to the underground train (U-Bahn) and bus network of Munich. It only takes 3 minutes to get to the most important inner-city ring road, the Mittlere Ring, from where all motorways can be reached.

Located in the Neuhausen district of Munich, the Arnulfbogen is flanked by the Arnulfstraße as well as the Landshuter Allee. Project Lokstedt Parkside, Building Plot 2, Houses 9-10 in 22529 Hamburg is part of a housing area composed of a total of 5 building plots.

The building planned by Daniel Libeskind has a central location in the inner city of Düsseldorf. It is well connected to the traffic infrastructure, not least through a newly constructed tunnel, as well as to the local public transport network. A considerable proportion of individual traffic is shifted below ground through the road tunnel construction. The object requiring analysis is a six-storey complex composed of two structures – House Königsallee and House Hofgarten – connected via a bridge. A basement and underground parking construction consisting of four levels is located under the complete object, with infrastructural connections via the underpass.

The object is Block 1 of a building ensemble composed of four parts located in Cologne MediaPark. The latter is an above-ground car-free area on 20 ha of land located only 1.5 km away from Cologne Cathedral, the old part of the city and the Rhine. Individual buildings are arranged in a star-shape around a central plaza and connected to each other via pedestrian pathways. A lake in front of the plaza serves as an extended forecourt and transition to the new district as well as a keeping the noise of the city's ringroad at bay.

The complex has its own underground parking facilities. The prime Westend location has a lot to offer: direct proximity to the financial district, main railway station and the concert hall Alte Oper, coupled with the quiet exclusiveness in the middle of an excellently preserved Gründerzeit style residential area. The object, now generally referred to as westendFirst, was originally built as an office tower in 1971. The property had
